Ezinne Ogbonna

Ezinne is an associate at Niji Oni & Co. Since joining the firm, she has been involved in a wide range of matters including general corporate advisory, hospitality, intellectual property, aviation and litigation. She had recently advised on the establishment and lease of real estate asset for the First Food Truck Park in West Africa, cumulatively valued at USD$500,000 (Five Hundred United States Dollars).

Part of the government business team, She also advised the Banjul Accord of Accident Investigation Board (BAGAIA) on the amendment of the cooperation agreement between the Council of Ministers for African States.

As a member of the dispute resolution unit, she represents both local and international companies in court. Ezinne possesses excellent legal writing and research skills and have contributed significantly to the firm’s publications on Agriculture.
